Return & Exchange Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our products. Every item goes through a rigorous three-stage quality control process before being packed and shipped. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to provide the best shopping experience.

If you would like to request an exchange or return, please contact us first for approval. We offer exchanges and returns within 30 days of purchase; however, some items are not eligible. Returned products must be in new, original condition without scratches, wear, or any signs of use.

Once approved, you will receive an email with return/exchange instructions, including the return address. Please allow up to two weeks for returns and exchanges to be processed after we receive your item.


Returns & Exchanges Guidelines:

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Returns made after 14 days will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
  • Exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Processing time for returns and exchanges can take up to two weeks from the date we receive your item.
  • Items that have been engraved are NOT eligible for return. However, they may be exchanged with a 40% engraving fee.
  • All shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers must contact us first before sending a return/exchange. Unauthorized packages will be returned to the sender.
  • The item must be in its original condition, without signs of wear or damage.
  • You must include a copy of your original order number for processing.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments caused by the postal service.
  • If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.


Sizing Disclaimer – Buyer’s Responsibility

Ring sizing can vary depending on fit style. All our rings are comfort fit.

  • Comfort fit rings may fit differently than standard fit rings.
  • We highly recommend getting your ring size measured at a professional jewelry store to ensure the most accurate fit.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect sizing. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have chosen the correct size.


How to Exchange or Return an Item

  1. Contact us with your Order Number for approval and return/exchange instructions.
  2. Ensure your request follows our Exchange & Return Policy outlined above. Items that do not meet the policy will not be accepted.
  3. Once approved, you will receive an email with further instructions and the return shipping address.
  4. Please allow up to two weeks for returns and exchanges to be processed after we receive the item.
