At Ironclad Rings, we stand behind the strength, craftsmanship, and durability of every ring we create. Built to endure and designed to last, our rings are made to represent a lifetime commitment — and we back them accordingly.

Coverage:
For a one-time fee of $50 per ring, our Lifetime Warranty protects your ring against manufacturing defects for as long as you own it.

If you experience an issue covered under this warranty, contact us and we will repair or replace your ring promptly at no additional cost.

This warranty covers one ring per purchased warranty and includes:

Material & Craftsmanship:
Any defects in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at no charge.

Stone Settings:
If a gemstone becomes loose or falls out due to a defect in craftsmanship, we will repair or replace it.

Finish & Polish:
We will address any defects affecting the original finish or polish.

Accidental Damage (Including Cracked or Shattered Tungsten):
If your tungsten ring cracks or shatters due to accidental impact, it will be replaced with a brand-new ring.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Lost or stolen rings

• Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches from everyday use

• Damage caused by improper care or exposure to harsh chemicals

• Alterations or modifications made by a third party

• Repairs required due to chemical exposure or misuse

Care & Maintenance

To keep your ring in peak condition, we recommend:

• Annual professional inspection and cleaning

• Storing your ring in a soft pouch or jewelry box when not worn

• Avoiding bleach, chlorine, and other harsh chemicals

How to Make a Claim

Transferability

This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

Every Ironclad Rings purchase includes a complimentary 3-month Manufacturer's Warranty beginning on the date your order is delivered. This warranty protects your ring against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, ensuring your ring arrives and performs exactly as intended.

If a manufacturing defect occurs during this period, we will repair or replace your ring at no additional cost.

What the 3-Month Manufacturer Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship
• Defects in stone settings that cause stones to loosen or fall out due to a manufacturing issue
• Structural defects resulting from the manufacturing process

What the 3-Month Manufacturer Warranty Does Not Cover

• Normal wear and tear from everyday use
• Scratches, scuffs, dents, or cosmetic wear
• Lost or stolen rings
• Damage caused by harsh chemicals, misuse, or improper care
• Alterations, resizing, or repairs performed by a third party

After the manufacturer's warranty expires, customers who purchased our Lifetime Warranty will continue to receive coverage for qualifying repairs and replacements.

This warranty provides long-term protection against covered issues for as long as you own your ring.

What's Covered

Material & Craftsmanship

If your ring develops a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.

Stone Settings

If a stone becomes loose or falls out because of a manufacturing defect in the setting, we will repair or replace the ring.

Finish & Polish

If your ring experiences issues with its original finish due to a manufacturing defect, we will restore or replace it as necessary.

Accidental Damage

Unlike most jewelry warranties, our Lifetime Warranty also covers accidental damage.

If your tungsten ring becomes:

• Cracked
• Shattered
• Broken due to accidental impact

we will replace it with a brand-new ring.

What's Not Covered

The Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

• Lost or stolen rings
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, dents, fading, or cosmetic wear from everyday use
• Damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals
• Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper care
• Rings that have been altered, resized, engraved by a third party, or repaired by anyone other than Ironclad Rings

Caring for Your Ring

To keep your ring looking its best, we recommend:

• Have your ring professionally inspected and cleaned at least once per year.
• Store your ring in a soft pouch or jewelry box when not being worn.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to bleach, chlorine, and other harsh chemicals.
• Remove your ring during activities that may unnecessarily expose it to excessive force or abrasive materials.
